    Have been very disappointed with what I believe are a new source of muffins.  Loved your raisin bran but the new fruit and bran are no where as good.  Also tried the ?orange/cranberry and they were too chewy.

    My boyfriend and I had McDonalds tonight from our local 24 hour drive thru, as it was the only thing open that serves a good chicken burger when I have to work graveyard shifts. I ordered the crispy chicken mushroom swiss burger, large fries, and a medium iced tea; the boyfriend got a chicken nugget happy meal.

    Needless to say tonights service and food will be the last time we get food from this establishment at night. Why you may ask? I'll just list the things wrong with the meal and service.

    Service:
    - You could tell the staff member working didn't want to be there.
    - Made numerous errors in making the meals
    - Didn't give a receipt when asked for one.
    - Boyfriend went back to get the receipt, and yet again couldn't produce the right one.

    Okay, I can understand maybe forgetting to give the receipt, but at least try to be pleasant when serving your customers?

    Food:
    - French fries for both meals were cold and hard.
    - Didn't give/ nor offer any dipping sauces for the nuggets.
    - Nuggets were also old and dry.
    - Put ice in the kids size drink, and not the regular drink.
    - Burger looked squished together like a car had run it over.
    - No swiss cheese on the burger either.

    We pay a lot of good money, on average one+ hours worth of wages for the typical working person on these meals... and THIS is the quality we get for our $8+ meal? All I can say is that I am highly unsatisfied with this restaurant, and that I hope their standards go up quickly.

    Since there have been a ton of renovations, the inside looks great and your food comes quickly. No real complaints
